My visit to Beijing’s Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1997 was the beginning of my journey as a Chinese Medicine practitioner.

I studied Tuina with Chinese medical doctors, a Chinese massage technique widely used in Asian folk medicine as a remedy for extreme pain. The massage is vigorous and quickly speeds up circulation, bringing more oxygen to the required area and promoting healing.
